He was always willing to clear things up (even things that were not his responsibility), and always communicated in a clear, calm voice (even when I was not). We trusted Kraig so much that we purchased our new home without me even seeing it in person (video chat and descriptions). My situation is a little unusual. My sister died in Minnesota, but she owned a piece of land in Wisconsin. I was appointed administrator of her estate. I was concerned with how to go about this; I needed a realtor. Someone recommended three relators, I read about each of them, prayed about it and chose Brian. I called and explained my situation and form the git-go he was there to help. He gave me good advice in how to proceed. He told me he could not list the land until I was appointed representative of the estate. On the day I called him and told him I was appointed, he listed the land for me. In about 7 to 10 days, we had a buyer, we did the negotiation and the land was sold.
I am so happy I chose Brian to represent me. He was always there when I needed him. He made the process easy for me. I feel good about the outcome. In a situation like mine, I needed someone I could trust and feel comfortable with. I highly recommend Brian to anyone who needs help selling property.

I hired Kraig to sell my home due to a move out of State. From the beginning, Kraig was up front with his pricing, his plan and was honest throughout the process on expectations, process and vision.
After moving away while the home was for sale, Kraig, having heard reviews after open houses, got his hands dirty to help change the things that were viewed negatively by prospective buyers, all at no additional cost.
Kraig was intent on making a good, fair sale in as short a period as possible, in a Wisconsin winter, when nobody wants to move, while providing both the good and bad news as it the process moves along.
His expertise serves me, as well as the buyers very well and the sale was competed is a very reasonable time frame, and I was very happy with his work.
While most realtors look to get their percentage at all costs, including to the peril of the buyer, Kraig is different.
If your looking for a realtor who isn’t in it to kill you with realtor fees, who will be honest throughout, go above and beyond and dedicate himself to your cause as a seller, Kraig is the realtor for you!
